I remember Steve from our days at NHS, but was reminded of his professional career as a butcher. I used to see him when I wouldvisit my aging/non-driving parents and take them shopping. I think he worked at Roche Brothers and not at Stop 'N Shop. He always seemed to be smiling and a pretty happy guy. Sad to see another classmate gone.
Joel did you get a message from me about walking to school together and your antique metal disc player? Please let me know and my sympathy for your loss. I would like to stay in touch we used to be close I still copy your Dad’s way of making eggs.
Hey Joel, I just now saw your post about Wendy’s passing. You had a rough few years and I’m sorry for your loss. As you heal, I’m sure the better times you had together will be the memories you can hold on to. Don’t forget to take time for yourself to heal, grieving is hard and takes time. Be good to yourself. Hope to see you at next reunion.

Despite all of everyone's thoughts and prayers, my forever fiancee, Wendy Monroe passed away Dec. 14 from B-cell lymphoma. Wendy fought her cancer for almost two years and her doctors from MGH, Dana Farber and Beth Israel Deaconess did everything possible to help her overcome her disease. It's a sad and premature end to our fourteen year plus relationship, but Wendy will always be in my heart. Thank you to all of you for your friendship and kind words. It's going to be a long, hard, cold Winter.

I just wanted to thank all of you who attended the reunion and especially for your kind words about Wendy's lymphoma. Unfortunately, today's PET scan was more bad news and her future is not looking good. The only positive news I have is that I had a Covid19 test this week ( post reunion ) and it is negative, so I'm thinking those of us who attended were must have been Covid19 free. Thank goodness for small favors, huh?? Speaking of favors...thank goodness no fights in the parking lot or at the beloved "Pines". :)
Very sorry to hear of Glenna's passing. She was sweet, kind, and always had a smile on her face. The World is a poorer place with her gone. My condolences to Glenna's entire family.
So sorry to hear about Ralph....we were in a fraternal organization during high school and as I remember his nickname was "Flea". Have no idea how or why he got that nickname, although he was ( like me ! ) on the smaller side physically. But he always had a smile on his face !
While I never had Mr. Richardson as a teacher, I do remember him for the carnation he wore every day. And in addition, as I recall, he was always very well dressed.
