I just celebrated my 20th year as owner of the Creative Warehouse. I still love my job, the people who work for me and my customers. 3 years ago I started a new business, the Dolly-Mamas LLC. I have a fabulous partner and together we design and make knitted/crocheted/felted doll kits. This has added a new excitement to my world. Working with Connect-Africa we employ people in a village in Uganda to knit our sample dolls. We also work with the Charles River Center (located at the old Dwight School). They manufacture our kits. It keeps me very busy.
I still have my yarn shop, going on 34 years and I still look forward to every day. I’ve cut my hours back and changed the structure of my day. Just before Covid I began studying Energy Medicine. I am now an Advanced Eden Energy Medicine practitioner. Its blends perfectly with my yarn shop. Life is good!
