I feel so sad about Dale.   She was a wonderful, kind person and I considered her a good friend.    Thank you to the class reunions as they have brought us together.  We will certainly miss Dale and our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

It's with sadness and disbelief to hear about Dale's passing.  It was fun growing up sharing the same birthday as "The Twins".  We go way back - classmates at Hillside Elementary School, a well as the same "H" homeroom, year after year, in high school.  While attending Dale's wake, it was obvious the impact she had on many lives.  The rooms were jam packed with friendly, chatting people catching up, some of whom were classmates.  Nice to see so much support for Dale's family.  How sad it must be for Diane to lose her twin, her best friend and only siblling.  It's hard to believe we have entered that phase of life - funeral homes, suits, ties and black dresses.  Our 55th reunion is coming up.  The In-Memory picture show is growing longer.  Prayers and thoughts to Diane and her family.

Thanks you to all that came to remember my sister Dale.  It was wonderful connecting with Diane Dineen, Joel Shore, Heidi Hutton Cross, Pam Sawyer Madigan, Candy Sherman and all the way from California, Marcia Mastropieri (DeVaux).  We also heard from Leslie Arbuckle from FL.  Dale and I always joked that Needham was the "center of the universe"and after a while had our husbands believing it too.  You guys are the best.

The passing of Dale is filled with such personal sadness.  The Hick's twins were my first friends at Dwight and they both always held a very special place in my heart. They were among the first people I would seek out at the reunions. .... to be found as cute as ever, filled with big smiles and their wonderful personalities!

I had the opportunity to meet their husbands and beautiful children at the wake. Two delightful families. Dale will remain in my memories forever.  Diane, please, reach out when you are ready. ❤️

I first met Dale and Diane (AKA "The Twins") at Dwight Elementary School. We became fast friends. We were friends through Newman, NHS, and continued getting together quite a bit every year since. It is an immeasurable loss not to have Dale with us.

Diane - To honor Dale...we'll just have to carry on by continuing to have double the fun in life here. May Dale rest in peace and enjoy watching our high jinks from Heaven.
