Mary Reppucci (Acconcia)

Mary S. (Reppucci) Acconcia, age 57, a lifelong Needham resident died on Sunday, October 18th at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston surrounded by her loving husband and friends. Mary was a graduate of Needham High School class of 1970, Suffolk University and a seasoned HR professional with Partners Healthcare at Mass. General Hospital. She was an avid sports fan; member of BoSox Club; and involved in the Republican Women’s Group. Daughter of the late Carmen and Angela (Bradanese) Reppucci . Beloved wife of Thomas A. Acconcia. Sister of Carmen John Reppucci of New York. Devoted stepmother to Michael Acconcia and his wife, Shannon, of Franklin; and Jackie Acconcia, and her partner, Annie Day, of Derry, NH and grandmother to Owen Michael of Franklin. Best friend to Patricia A. Forde of Needham. Also known as loving aunt,cousin and friend to many. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Thursday October 22 at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Bartholomew’s Church, 1180 Greendale Ave, Needham at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-8 PM. I remember Mary as always having a smile, and a great laugh. I believe that for our SR prom Mary's Mom made a fabulous Italian dinner. We all had lots of fun!

I remeber Mary as a sweetheart. She was always pleasant and was a big supporer of the reunions. I will miss her smile.
